Hyperthermia is when your body temperature rises unusually high due to heat exposure. Hyperthermia often occurs due to over exertion in extreme hot and humid climate.
You might experience muscle spasms in your feet, legs, hands, or calves. They can be painful and make it hard to move for a while.

In hyperthermia, you may experience faster breathing, faster pulse, increased heart rate, thirst, and an approaching headache.

You might experience heat syncope, also known as fainting. It happens when your blood pressure drops, causing temporary unconsciousness.
Heat edema, resulting from prolonged heat exposure, can cause swelling in the hands, ankles, or lower legs due to fluid buildup in those areas
