Neem

Neem leaf extract may help stop the growth of the dengue virus and may help in recovery when consumed as a boiled leaf extract or juice.

Papaya leaf juice might help boost platelet and white blood cell levels, which can be helpful in fighting dengue fever.

Kalmegh, or Andrographis peniculata, has shown antiviral activity against the dengue virus and can be consumed as a juice .

Dudhi

Dudhi, or asthma weed, contains many beneficial properties which may help increase platelet count in dengue patients when boiled and consumed as a paste.

Guduchi

Guduchi juice, made from blending the herb with water, can boost the immune response and help fight off viral infections like dengue.

Golden eye-grass

Golden eye-grass, or Kalimusli, can boost the immune response when taken as a powder with milk.

Karela

Bitter melon, also known as karela, can help fight the dengue virus and can be eaten as a vegetable or drank as juice.

Tulsi

Tulsi leaves are traditionally used to protect against dengue fever. You can make tea with them and add lemon juice or honey for taste.
