Safflower Oil

Walnuts

Walnuts are rich in omega-6, offering 10.8 grams per ounce, roughly equivalent to 14 halves.

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are packed with omega-6s and essential nutrients like vitamin E and magnesium. They offer 9.3 grams of omega-6s per ounce.

Canola Oil

Tofu

Eggs
