Mushrooms

Mushrooms that have been exposed to sunlight while growing contains around 450 international units of vitamin D per 100 grams.

Fortified Cereals

The vitamin D levels in fortified cereals are between 0.2 to 2.5 micrograms, which is about 8 to 100 international units, per serving.
