To enhance blood circulation, lie down and alternate bringing each knee towards your chest, aiming for 20 repetitions per leg.

For better blood circulation, use a soft foam roller under your ankles while sitting. Roll it for leg muscle toning. Alternatively, place the roller under your thighs to strengthen hamstrings.
Stand with arms stretched forward. Bend knees slightly like sitting in a chair, feeling core and thigh muscles working. Hold briefly, then return to standing. Repeat several times.
Improve blood flow by standing straight, lifting onto tiptoes, then lowering heels slowly. Repeat a few times. Hold onto a chair for balance if necessary.
Lie on your back and lift your toes up 10 times for each foot to improve blood flow. Repeat every hour.
Sit with both feet on the floor. Extend one leg forward, lift toes towards you, hold for 3 seconds, then lower. Repeat 10 times. Switch legs and repeat.
Lie on your back with legs straight. Bend one knee and lift the straight leg until knees are level. Lower slowly. Repeat 10 times.
