Tolaz La 300mg Injection
Tolaz La 300mg Injection Description
Tolaz La 300mg Inj belongs to the group of atypical antipsychotics used to treat psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia and manic and bipolar disorders. The active ingredient in Tolaz La 300mg Inj
is olanzapine. The mode of action of Tolaz La 300mg Inj is through its ingredient Olanzapine, which acts by regulating dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain, causing a reduction in the overexcitement of brain cells. It helps to reduce symptoms of acute schizophrenic episodes and is also used to maintain long-term schizophrenia. Tolaz La 300mg Inj helps to improve mood, behaviour, and general life responses. Tolaz La 300mg Inj comes as a white powder in a glass vial and is administered as an intramuscular injection by a qualified medical professional. Side effects of Tolaz La 300mg Inj include sleepiness, increased prolactin levels, weight gain, increased blood sugar, and sexual dysfunction. It can also cause orthostatic hypotension (dropping blood pressure by suddenly standing from a sitting or sleeping position). Abrupt stoppage may cause withdrawal symptoms or worsen side effects like dizziness, fainting, muscle tremors, and thinking difficulties. Limited data studies have shown that Tolaz La 300mg Inj may carry a risk causing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in users and increased risk of self-harm, especially among older adults. Therefore, regular monitoring is a must for persons with a history of self-harm or substance abuse. Tolaz La 300mg Inj is only given to children when the benefits outweigh the risks and side effects involved with Olanzapine.
