Furoped Oral Solution contains Furosemide, which is diuretic medicine. It is used for the treatment of swelling over the body due to heart disease, lung disease, liver disease or kidney disease. It i
s also used for the treatment of high blood pressure. It works by decreasing sodium, chloride and water absorption from the kidney, causing its excretion through urine. Thus, it reduces body swelling by secreting extra salt and water through urine, causing increased urination. Dizziness, headache, blurring of vision, lightheadedness are some of the side effects of this medicine.

Uses of Furoped 10 MG/ML
Furoped Oral Solution is used for the treatment of swelling over the body due to heart disease, lung disease, liver disease or kidney disease. It is also used for the treatment of high blood pressure.
Contraindications of Furoped 10 MG/ML
- If you are allergic to this medicine or any of the other ingredients of Furoped Oral Solution.
- If you are allergic to sulfonamide medicine.
- If you have low blood volume and dehydration.
- If your doctor tells you that you have low sodium and low potassium level in blood.
- If the patient has coma or is in the initial stage of coma.
- If you have kidney failure associated with urine output less than 100ml in 24 hours.
- If you have kidney failure due to some medicines.
- If you are a lactating woman.
- If you have a rare hereditary blood disorder called porphyria.

- Taking Furoped Oral Solution with other medicines used to lower blood pressure such as the ACE inhibitor group of medicine and angiotensin II receptor antagonist group of medicine can cause a high decrease in blood pressure....
- Taking this medicine with other medicines such as cardiac glycoside, diuretics, phenothiazine, hydralazine, tizanidine medicine can cause a further decrease in blood pressure.
- Taking this medicine with other medicines such as amisulpride medicine or sertindole medicine cause irregular heartbeat.
- Taking this medicine with other medicines such as amiodarone, disopyramide, flecainide and sotalol can cause heart problem.
- Taking this medicine with other medicines such as lidocaine, tocainide or mexiletine can cause a decrease in the action of this other medicines.
- Discuss with your doctor about any other medicines, herbal preparations and supplements you are taking currently to avoid interactions.
