Concomitant use of diclofenac with lithium may increase the plasma concentrations of lithium
Concomitant use of digoxin with diclofenac may increase the plasma concentrations of digoxin
Concomitant use of diuretics and hypertensive agents with diclofenac may decrease the antihypertensive effect
The use of potassium-sparing diuretics like cyclosporin is associated with increased serum potassium levels
Administration of anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents could increase the risk of bleeding
Co-administration of diclofenac with other NSAIDs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration
Concomitant administration of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding
Concomitant use of cardiac glycoside and NSAIDs may exacerbate cardiac failure and increase plasma glycoside levels.
