There has not been enough and well-controlled research on the use of citicoline during pregnancy. It should only be used during pregnancy if the possible benefit outweighs the risk to the baby. Piracetam can cross the placental barrier. Hence, Cvcit - P tablet should not be used during pregnancy.

Breast Feeding

Is it okay to take a Cvcit P tablet when I'm breastfeeding?

Piracetam is secreted in breast milk. There are limited studies available on whether citicoline is excreted in human breast milk, so, caution should be exercised during breastfeeding and your doctor should be consulted.

Driving

Can I drive after taking the Cvcit P tablet?

Cvcit P Tablet may cause side effects like dizziness and confusion, which could affect your ability to drive. Therefore, patients should avoid driving and operating heavy machinery.
