Aciloc 25 Mg Injection 30 Ml is an H2 histamine receptor antagonist that is used as an antacid, antireflux agent, and antiulcerant. The presence of ranitidine in the medicine helps relieve acidity and heartburn.
Uses of Aciloc 25 Mg Injection 30 Ml
Aciloc 25 Mg Injection 30 Ml uses include treatment of acid reflux disease (that causes heartburn, acidity, stomach pain, and discomfort in the upper abdomen), treatment of stomach ulcers, prevention of acidity caused by medicines like ibuprofen and diclofenac, prevention of stress ulcers or aspiration of stomach acid during administration of anaesthesia, and treatment (in combination with antibiotics) of stomach infections.

Aciloc 25 Mg Injection 30 Ml should not be used in case you are allergic to ranitidine.

Aciloc 25 Mg Injection 30 Ml side effects include headache, stomach pain, constipation, liver-related problems, weakness, jaundice, blurred vision, hair loss, muscle and joint pain (in rare cases), swelling in the breasts or tender breasts (in rare cases), impotence (in rare cases), back pain, fever, pain while passing urine, blood in urine and other such kidney-related problems, severe stomach pain (which could be pancreatitis), and an irregular heartbeat.
