Camylofin+Paracetamol is a combination medicine. It is used to treat abdominal

pain due to obstruction or blockage in the urinary tract, bile duct, stomach and intestine. It is also used in painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea) to relieve cramps and pain. It works by reducing the pain by blocking chemical messenger and relaxing the muscle of the stomach and intestine to reduce pain. Camylofin+Paracetamol is available in the form of tablet, syrup, suspension.
