Rich in essential fats and vitamins, it can be a nourishing addition to a balanced diet. Traditional practices and modern insights alike support its role in promoting overall health and well-being.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Take 2 cups of heavy cream and mix in 1 tablespoon of curd. Leave this mixture outside at room temperature for 7 to 8 hours to allow it to ferment.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once fermented. refrigerate the cream for 5 to 6 hours to solidify it slightly.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add cold water to the chilled cream and blend in the food processor or mixer until the butter separates from the buttermilk. You can use the leftover buttermilk for cooking or baking.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect the butter and rinse it thoroughly (2 to 3 times) with cold water and set it aside for heating\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the butter to a heavy-bottomed pan and begin heating it.
