Vajrasana is a position where you kneel on the floor with your toes and ankles aligned and sit on the back of your legs as you exhale. Padmasana is a position in which you sit in a cross-legged manner with your feet on opposite thighs.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relax your head, neck, and shoulders.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep your spine as erect as possible.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure your palms are facing upward.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, move the tip of your little fingers forward and place it on top of the thumbs.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply slight pressure from the little finger to the thumb. The results of the study record that the varun mudra may be beneficial for reducing skin rashes. However, further studies are required to check the impact of varun mudra on skin rashes.
