Experts suggest that people who eat their dinner early may have less acid reflux and heartburn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote doc-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Based on my experience, I have observed that individuals with duodenal ulcers often have higher levels of stomach acid in the early morning. To help improve your condition, I recommend having dinner around 6 pm, as this timing has shown to raise nocturnal gastric pH levels.
