7: Nutmeg paste:

Nutmeg is useful to induce sleep that may help to calm your body. Make a paste of finely powdered nutmeg with water and prepare a thick paste of it. Apply this paste on your forehead will instantly give your relief and let you get some sound sleep. 

8: Try acupressure and scalp massage:
